They are incredibly humble and accommodating, providing service that rivals international standards. Whether it was a simple request or a more complex need, the team was always ready to assist with a warm smile, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Cleanliness is paramount in any hotel stay, and Villa Vista exceeded our expectations in this regard. The entire property was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, the security measures in place were reassuring, allowing me to relax and enjoy our time without any concerns. The ambiance of the hotel is simply amazing. It strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for anyone looking to unwind. We liked everything about the place. It was quiet, clean, the kitchen in the room was sufficiently equipped, drinking water and a fridge were available.

Himmel Skardu By Luxus is located in Skardu. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, as well as a sauna. The place is as it looks on booking.com. The staff were amazing from the food, to the rooms, to the reception. It's also too too beautiful, the designer did a good job! The view was out of this world! The photos do not even do this place justice.

Excellent service Excellent restaurants and shopping, groceries very close. Excellent staff, they upgraded my room for free without request. So kind of them. Breakfast was very good with options for almost all. I stayed at PC Lahore for 6 days before staying at this hotel. PC is also very good but in my opinion, Park Lane Hotel holds more value for money and time. The person who made a real difference with her exceptional service, was the guest relations officer AYESHA. She would text me everyday to find out about my stay. I'm impressed. I wish her good luck for her future. I would like to thank all the staff especially AYESHA for providing the excellent service.

Very impressed with the quality of amenities, comfort, cleanliness, and customer service. The hotel is very clean and staff is very helpful. The icing on the cake is the healthy and clean food options they have on their menus - second to none in any hotel. Their staff at breakfast, especially Mr. Waqas, was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this if you’re coming from abroad and are hoping to get best of everything. Or even if you’re local; this is a great establishment. The only recommendation would be if they can add some more amenities like a pool or spa.

The team was super helpful. The house keeping supervisors Ahmed, Mehwish and Maryam were really respectful and were more than willing to help us and accommodate our requests.
