They went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free needs and helped organize a surprise for my mom’s birthday. They even arranged for a beautiful bouquet of flowers, which was presented to her during breakfast, moving her to tears—a truly touching moment. The property is stunning, intimate, with exposed stone walls, an impeccable design, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic, offering plenty of variety, and I loved the thoughtful touch of cakes, water, and coffee available throughout the day. Such a lovely idea! The location is perfect, right in front of the Douro River. I highly recommend booking a room with a view on the fourth floor! Just outside, you'll find charming riverside restaurants, perfect for both quiet evenings and livelier settings. There’s music in the streets, yet the hotel remains a peaceful haven. I absolutely adored the high ceilings and the overall atmosphere. Thank you for your professionalism and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!

Also loved the breakfast there are a lot of options. Rooms are quiet and safe and quite huge. Overall I loved it so much I will return for sure.

Lot’s of wonderful food options near the hotel and pleasantly surprised at how good the hotel restaurant was as well. Staff were also great, would definitely stay there again.
