The hotel is new, stylish, and has a perfect location - it is within immediate proximity to everything you need. We would stay here again and can definitely recommend it to others as well!

Boasting an outdoor pool, a sauna and spa centre, Palasia Hotel is set in Koror. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant with a breakfast buffet offering Chinese cuisine options. Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

Accommodation - very clean rooms, cosy bed, friendly staff and an excellent and caring owner, Stephanie. You just feel assured that you are in great and capable hands. There is a homely vibe and a warm sense of comfort. King's Palace - amazing food by Mr. Lim and his team!!! And it's just downstairs (same lot that provides the daily bento boxes)

I love how the Hotel was very inviting and the staff are very welcoming! It was so clean and luxurious, made ma feel at home. Met a staff named Rasco. He was Super great! helpful friendly and always happy with a smile.

We stayed here three different times while diving and traveling in the area. They took care of our airport transfer as well. The staff is amazing! They helped with anything and everything, even giving us a ride to another resort for a spa day. Breakfast is outstanding! I had the best omelet I have ever tasted here. Ordered one every morning! Coffee and tea are available 24/7. Wifi is good.Did not use the pool, but it looked very clean. Used the gym, which is small but functional. A/C worked great. Rooms were large with balcony. We paid a bit more for the "sea view" rooms which were very nice! They are located in town and so we could walk to the grocery and some restaurants easily. Canoe restaurant (owned by the hotel) was a great option for food and drinks. Highly, highly suggest for anyone traveling to Palau.

Cherryl helped with tours and site seeing and was so kind . All the staff always smiled and were friendly . Loved the golf carts and transfers. my son loved the pool and paddle boards. The view from rooms and pool was amazing
