Everything is exceptional. Ezdan palace is my first choice since three years now and will continue because every time I’m going there I’m feeling that I’m in my home. Thank you for all people in reception, they are professional and know exactly how to treat the customers and special thanks to Al thoraya restaurant team who are making amazing food every Thursday and Friday, really everything in that hotel is making me feel comfortable. I never felt with that at any other hotel. I’m planning from now for my next stay in Ezdan Palace Hotel.

We stayed here during our anniversary, and it was truly a special night. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is exceptional—right in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, so we could walk around and explore with ease.
The view from our room was stunning, and we especially loved the fresh flowers in the reception area.
What made our stay unforgettable was the thoughtful surprise from the hotel staff: flowers, balloons, and even a delicious cake! They really went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated.
Highly recommend this place for a romantic stay or any special occasion. Amazing service, amazing location...thank you for making our anniversary so memorable!

I had a fantastic experience at The OQ Hotel. The new facilities were spotless, and the location offered stunning views. Your staff were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. Amazing! You can book it with no hesitation. Friendly staff, delicious food, big rooms and perfect location. You can go to Katara, Pearl in 15 minutes and Souq Wakıf, Msheireb, Mina in 25 minutes.
