I'm on a 2 months trip across Europe. My stays was from hostels to 5 stars. This stay was the best amongst all because they have the coolest staffs! They are professional and they will do whatever they can to help. Even their boss Ilya was very down to earth. Made me very welcomed I felt Russia was my home. It was spotlessly cleaned. Rooms are modernly decorated. Also the price is really good considering the proximity to city center. I want to give a special thanks to Elaina and Anastasiia. Best receptionist ever, I felt personally connected as they remembered me and who I am. I felt I wasnt just a customer but a friend. So I highly recommend whoever considers staying here.

You know, if you have a chance to stay in this hotel, please take it, directly. I know it's quite less price than other hotels but it's much better quality than the cost, quite good for travelers who have a middle or a big suitcase. Staffs are very helpful and kind even though their English is not perfect, it's enough to get great information in Kaluga. And additionally, breakfast is great. You can order from the menu but if you want to have more, you can ask more as you want. And please try having dinner at the hotel restaurant. They have a very good chef I guess so the cuisine is really good taste, temperature, well cooking even nice texture of food. I have to say something. They don't have an elevator. My suitcase is 35kg and I was on the third floor. For someone it isn't suitable but I was pretty fine because I've already satisfied with others and the suitcase shelve is really convenience to use even I don't need pull my stuff.

The restaurant next to it, fantastic food, casual and trendy and open all night. We had a great meal there.

If your skii/snowboard equipment is wet,you can use a dryer room.Besides there is a self-service laundry.Breakfast was various.The food in the hotel's restaurant was so delicious!We didn't have any necessity to find other place where we could eat.The decor in the hotel is interesting, especially I loved to watch extreme movies on the screens.It is a pleasure to spend time after snowboarding in this hotel.So I am sure,my next holidays in Rosa Khutor I will spend in Ays design hotel.Thank you!
