The staff were helpful and friendly. Location is superb with amazing view of surrounding countryside. Terrazzo restaurant had good food and views. Hotel courtesy cart was a life saver getting our luggage from car to hotel up steep hill.

We loved our room with both valley as well as towers view. They allow dogs, of any size and were super friendly to our lab Nova. The restaurant was excellent.

it was a lovely hotel, excellent location for the cable car to the city. also close to good restaurants for evening meal. room very very big, breakfast was good and all for an amazing price. I would highly recommend this property.
