The Residence Douz was a wonderful resort, beyond my expectations. It was amazing to be able to relax in the middle of the desert like this. I especially liked the opportunity to experience the Arabic sauna hammam. All the staff, including the manager Mr.Anis Zayana, were very friendly and kind. I will never forget the hospitality of this hotel. Thank you.

Bathing suits, T-shirts, flip-flops, sleeveless shirts and bare chests are not permitted in the buffet and theme restaurants. “I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful location right by the beach surrounded by forest. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, and the hotel was spotless. The food was also a highlight — fresh, delicious, and well presented. The spa treatments were a great way to unwind, and overall, it felt like a perfect escape.”

The staff are amazing. They helped us with everything we asked, and they guided us for things we didn't know. They gave us handy local tips for transportation. They gave us a gift souvenir. People are so sweet and nice. The place was great. It's an actual old Ottoman style building that was kept generation after generation and later transformed to an hotel, so the experience you get is unique. Everything was nice and perfect 👌🏻 Great stay. I would highly recommend
