The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. All our thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mhiri for his follow up, to Mr. Tarek for his welcoming and willing to help, to reception team for their support, to Mr. Moncef chief security and all his team for their kindness and support, to Miss Manel chief housekeeping and her team for their kindness and perfection, to all restaurant team. It is one of the best hotel if the purpose of the trip is to relax and enjoy the food and walk in the downtown

Wow! This was the most luxurious room I have ever stayed in. In fact, it's not even a room, it's little house with two rooms, all huge, and huge luxurious bathroom. Everything is brand new, not just in your "villa" but everywhere. We also used spa services and those were great too. The whole property is very isolated, you feel very calm and safe. The staff tries their best to accommodate your needs. The price might look high comparing to other hotels, but it totally worth it.

This is by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in – spotless to the highest standard, in every corner. The entire property is newly renovated, and everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful complimentary decoration on our bed. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made my wife incredibly happy. This small gesture added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. The hotel is also extremely secure, with 24/7 security that makes you feel safe at all times. There’s free parking available, which is a huge plus, and the staff are always ready to help with luggage or anything you might need. Special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. In short, The Nine Lifestyle Hotel offers not just a place to sleep, but a complete hospitality experience: cleanliness, comfort, security, and warm human interaction. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis – you will not be disappointed.

amazing historical hotel in the heart of Kairouan with excellent hosts. The room was large, beautiful and spotless. We also had a great experience using their Haman. Its a historical building recently renovated. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff was very thoughtful towards us. Not only did the reception call our rooms after check in to check if we were satisfied, but they made sure to have a small breakfast for us, as they knew we were checking out at 4am. Overall an awesome place to stay. Will definitely stay there again when I visit Tunis again.

Various and fun activities for the kids, beautiful beach, amazing food, and the staff were extremely welcoming, supportive and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and entertained.

Beautiful small hotel, very intimate. Great hospitality and would love to stay here again. It’s very quiet and peaceful, great place to stay for a few days to just unwind.
