The locker room to keep our bags and backpacks safely (with our own passcodes) before checking in or after checking out (had to catch a red eye flight), giving us the benefit of enjoying Taipei hands free. Hotel has a brand new feel. Polite and cheerful staff. The Taiwanese are always willing to help.

Located in Jiaoxi, a 16-minute walk from Jiaoxi Railway Station, Orient Luxury Hotel-Jiaoxi has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. Very professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). Great to have a mini spa in the room. Extremely nice staff, great service. Pool, sauna and gym very good too. Nice restaurants around offering typical food.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Huge and very clean room with bath tub right next the window to enjoy city views! Would stay here again!

Location is superb, easy access by cab or public transport, we did not encounter any difficulty traveling from Taichung HSR Station by cab, it is located near to WuQuan Train Station too. Great neighborhood as there are many authentic and modern eatery places nearby, nice for street photo shooting too! Front Desk staffs are friendly and helpful, smooth check-in/check-out, they are very attentive by solving problem of the room during our stays too. Despite the lift lobby is a little distanced from the Main Lobby, but there is a security room right opposite the lifts which is really safe, and we can reach FamilyMart convenient shop (quite a big branch) within short walking-distance which located just right at the corner of the building ground floor. Will return and stay in future for our next Taichung trip, keep up the good work!
