The location is perfect, and the staff, especially Mukhammad and Azimbek, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable, always offering assistance with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety—fresh pastries, fruits, and made-to-order omelettes were definitely a highlight. The room was clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very welcoming. I highly recommend Mirzo Hotel for anyone visiting Tashkent. Excellent service, great breakfast, and a perfect location!

Amazing location in the old town, but not deep in the residential streets. Very convenient to walk to all the sights, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. New hotel, nice design, very clean, comfy beds. Great breakfast and very attentive staff.

I normally do not write long reviews, but our stay at Sarhad Hotel was simply amazing, and it was the highlight of our Uzbekistan visit. Starting from the warm welcome we received from the owner Mr. Ulugbek and his assistant Asilbek. They offered delicious treats and were very generous to upgrade our room into a one bedroom apartment. The overall design and decoration of the hotel is unique and reflects the true Uzbek culture. The way the hotel lights up at night makes it a great place to take pictures or simply sit outside in the terrace. The room was cozy, spacious and VERY clean. Bathroom had bidets, which was very important for us. Floor is hardwood, so you might want to bring some slippers. The staff members are friendly and generally quiet. Asilbek is very attentive, super friendly and always takes the initiative. We had a very late checkout (2:00AM), but he stayed up late, and once he heard our door opening and the bags being pulled outside, he rushed into our room to take them to the taxi. Mr. Ulugbek and Asilbek gave us multiple recommendations for good spots around the city, and their recommendations were spot-on and very useful. They also offer a very fair USD to UZS exchange rate if you want cash. The breakfast is delicious and offers multiple options. Everything is halal, thankfully. We were given amazing sweets and treats from Mr. Ulugbek on our way out. We are forever thankful for the royal treatment we received at Sarhad and we look forward to book with them again soon. The host, Siyovush, is absolutely charming. He couldn't be kinder! Our room had the view of the minaret and was beautiful. The breakfast was extremely generous and delicious. I have recommended this place to friends who wish to visit Khiva.
