Everything was great. The hotel is nicely and elegantly decorated with top notch materials, great AC, and comfortable bed. Breakfast is good too. But the best part is the staff and service. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They'll open the gym and pool shortly and I got to see it, and it looks super good. I can see why they have a great rating!

Staff and the owner (Sitora) woow nothing can describe how helpful and decent they are. They welcomed us very late at night and helped us with our luggage, the breakfast was beyond words with all home made dishes and the amazing intro done by Sitora, the location is in the heart of Bukhara literally 5 mins walking to everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Samarkand Amazing staffs and facilities

Lovely little guesthouse/hotel in the heart of the old city. Exceptionally hospitable, welcoming , friendly and flexible owner and Family. A really cosy and warm stay where I was able to enjoy every minute of Khiva

They are super helpful as we arrived late at night and had no local money he solved it for us so we could have dinner. The room was very clean and matched with European standards. There were towels shampoo and soap. I‘d definitely recommend it

Incredibly friendly staff, accommodating and wonderful people. We had an accident, my girlfriend fell and broke her arm while walking around Tashkent. The hotel manager drove us to the emergency room, stayed with us as a translator until she got her lancet, visited several pharmacies with me to find all the prescribed medications and returned us home - because this lovely little hotel with a beautiful garden became our home for the next week until got a cast. And we were supposed to stay only one weekend. Plus, it is exceptionally tidy, in a great location between the old and the new town, with an abundant and rich breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone, and we will be back here next year. Let me try to sum up: the staff speaks excellent English, they will help with everything, from how to change money, how to activate a taxi app, where is a good restaurant... They know everything. The rooms are clean, quiet, warm (after all, it's February). With all this written before, you may regret not being there already. Greetings from Franjo and Melisa (February, 2024.)

New hotel with nice rooms, nice staff and wonderful breakfast! Location is perfect, we could walk to anywhere in the old city. There is a nice restaurant on the other side of the street. Good value!

Not in the city center, but a quick 10 min taxi ride (and it's super cheap). Has a feel of a small family-owned hotel. Breakfast could have a few more options. But the rooms are the BEST!
