Guest reviewIt would be easier to write what I did not like about this property. Which is basically nothing. It is a beautiful extremely secure safe hotel. Caracas is not tourist, friendly but this hotel will make your stay in Caracas feel like a normal tourist experience. They are very safety conscious. The hotel itself is beautiful. The restaurant has amazing food, the staff is exceptional. Everyone speaks English. They are very nice very professional. Anything you need they will provide for you. The Security is top-of-the-line. It is a 100% secured hotel. Caracas is not a friendly place for foreigners however this hotel will make your stay Normal. I highly recommend it for any business travel or anyone who wants to go or needs to go to Caracas for whatever reason and wants to feel secure.

Guest reviewVery nice modern hotel. Staff were very very friendly and helpful! I had an early flight and had to use the shuttle service so the front desk went the extra mile and called me to make sure i was awake before the time of departure from the hotel! The room service was also excellent. They reply very vast to attend your needs. I would definitely be staying again! It is worth every penny paid!! Recommend 100%!!

Guest reviewThe staff was great and extremely kind. The location was really safe and convenient for most things we needed; we could even go out at nights. The place is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The pizza of their restaurant was quite good and at a reasonable price. The hotel/posada is associated with several tourism agencies that we use, like Mérida Clandestina and that made our trip exceptional. I totally recommended if having a strong and stable internet connection for working is not a priority to you. Great experience.
