Had such a lovely experience staying in this hotel in Da Nang. The facilities so new, location is amazing, and love the rooftop infinity pool! Above all, I want to single out the wonderful service of the public relations officer, Hoa, who went all the way out to make every guests here feel comfortable throughout the stay. She would work really hard in catching up with everyone each morning at Breakfast, and to let us know if we had any feedback. All requests were quickly attended to, and she certainly made this hotel a 6-star stay!

It's perfectly located, within walking distance to most of Hanoi’s main attractions. The facilities are modern and well-designed, big plus for the groovy bar and a relaxing spa. But what really made our stay special was the incredible staff. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of every single day. This is a place we’ll never forget. If we ever come back to Hanoi, CLASSYC will be our go-to hotel without a doubt. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, Classyc! ❤

THUY DUONG 3 Boutique Hotel & Spa asub Hội Ani kesklinnas. Kohapeal on konditsioneeriga toad, välibassein, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja restoran. Very comfortable room with nice balcony and pool view. Robin and Nana at the reception were real angels, arranged free upgrade for us, because we booked by mistake a room that we not wanted. Ba Na hills excursion also perfect arranged for us by Robin and Nana. An Italian restaurant belongs to the hotel, super pizza.
