Above all, I want to single out the wonderful service of the public relations officer, Hoa, who went all the way out to make every guests here feel comfortable throughout the stay. She would work really hard in catching up with everyone each morning at Breakfast, and to let us know if we had any feedback. All requests were quickly attended to, and she certainly made this hotel a 6-star stay!
