I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Reda, the current night manager, whose dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. Mr. Reda played a pivotal role in resolving my concerns by effectively communicating with the higher management and ensuring that my perspective was represented. His kind gesture is highly regarded and appreciated, reinforcing my affection for 72 Hotel.
