We had a great stay at this hotel for our anniversary! The hotel itself feels luxurious and the service was incredible. I’d like to especially recognize Augusto who went out of his way to make us feel special and celebrate our anniversary as well as the restaurant servers (including the lady). This hotel is a 10 min walk to the main avenue in El Calafate and definitely one of the best hotels in the city for those who want a touch of luxury.

A pretty and modern hotel right in the centre of El Calafate, near all the shops and restaurants. Everyone at the reception was helpful. The hotel was nicely decorated and it had very good heating.

I have stayed here twice now. The spa and pool are a plus. The rooms are nice and the hotel is well staffed. Breakfast was good but not great.
