The room was fantastic for our family of 4. The kids had bunk beds next to us, and we had a beautiful view up thre mountain. The room was very clean, and all the facilities were too. It was a really nice place. The staff were very helpful, with all our questions. We didn't have breakfast there, as we wanted a cafe on the way to Munich.The check in experience, with the complimentary gift of sparkling water. The kids play area was fantastic with lots of space to run around.

Enjoying a very quiet location above Ötz Valley, the 4-star superior Hotel Ritzlerhof - Panorama und Spa is surrounded by a vast nature park with numerous sports and leisure facilities.

Breakfast was great. Location was stunning. Hidden gem.

There is ample parking space, and the information package provided is very helpful. The quality of the materials in the rooms is excellent, and there was plenty of space for us (3 people and 2 small dogs). The location is fantastic—conveniently close to everything, with a supermarket right next door. The city itself offers enough activities for a few days, or even a week. Lastly, the owners, Maxima and Josl, are wonderful people who are always ready to assist if needed.
