The suite is super cozy, spacious, comfortable living room area, balcony and view to the mountains everywhere. My highlight was the big bathtub in the middle of the room. Modern and comfortable design to enjoy time in the mountains. Breakfast was particularly delicious as well.

Very friendly and caring staff. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel nothing but warm and welcome. Everybody makes sure you are being taken care of. I also enjoyed the Spa a lot. We had an issue with our motorbike and needed help communicating in German with the key service, as we couldn’t unlock the disc lock. The staff was extremely helpful and showed great determination in assisting us. They didn’t give up even after several attempts and made sure we were taken care of. I would especially like to give credit to the girls at the reception, whose kindness and persistence made a stressful situation much easier. Because of this experience, we will definitely be coming back in the future.
