Everything. They went above and beyond accommodating us. From arrival, and to departure by giving us a late, check out by accommodating our NFL viewing station and on and on and on. This is really a six star or a seven star service. They hit out of the ballpark I have nothing to complain about.

This was the most amazing hotel experience I’ve ever had. The breakfast was incredible. The spa was so relaxing and nicely appointed. The room was luxurious and had a fantastic view. I believe the professional staff really makes this hotel top level. They were polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable trip. I booked online without doing much research. Upon arriving I realized that I made a great choice! The hotel is extremely conveniently located. Everything was top notch service and high end. My room fee came with breakfast and dinner. Both being fantastic. While you are there you keep the same table at all times. The Apre Ski scene is what Ischgl is known for, and it does not disappoint. You can start in the hotel's own bar and proceed on to Trofana for a massive Apre Ski experience. The ski rentals and main Gondola is a stone throw's away and clean and professional. The runs are clearly marked with color and number. All around it was a great ski hotel and vacation.

Just 492 feet from the Waldbahn Cable Car in Fiss, the Natürlich Hotel is right next to the slopes. It features a spa and a balcony overlooking the mountains in each room.

Apartman on very nice location, very clean and highly equiped for longer stay. Summer card was a blessing because U can use all the cable cars and transport around the town. Balcony was very nice and apartment has all things that u need. Garage with elevator access is great. Also nice that there is car charger inside. Laundry machine and dryer also available in the ground floor and not expensive.
