Absolutely everything was perfect: the apartment we stayed in had a beautiful mountain view, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Everything was spotless, and the amenities provided were of high quality. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with healthy and fresh food! The jacuzzi, pool, and sauna were clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception and bar were incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel is also very close to the gondola, the town center, and the après-ski spots! Not to mention, the hotel also treated us to a DJ with music, fun, dancing, and great vibes that lasted until late — we partied until we couldn’t anymore! We’ll definitely be coming back to Hotel Madlein!

One can hardly think of a better location of a hotel. Just across the street from the final piste to the valley, and the 2 main cable cars. Fine cuisine for dinner, variety of meals for breakfast, snacks available in-between. Kind and hospitable staff.

Apartman on very nice location, very clean and highly equiped for longer stay. Summer card was a blessing because U can use all the cable cars and transport around the town. Balcony was very nice and apartment has all things that u need. Garage with elevator access is great. Also nice that there is car charger inside. Laundry machine and dryer also available in the ground floor and not expensive.

This 4-star hotel in the center of Serfaus is a 3-minute walk from the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Ski Area.
