Tina, the artist/owner is enchanting and so friendly to everyone! It's a joy to be with her. And her sons took such good care of us and were fascinating to talk with. The Vintage Breakfasts are beautifully served and delicious. This hotel makes visiting this part of Austria very special!

Room was in great shape, clean, fresh, with a nice lakeside view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We tried pizza in the restaurant and it was pretty good, not quite Italian quality but really good nonetheless. Restaurant staff was very friendly as well and service was professional and quick. I'm not sure why there are several bad reviews on Google, we found every aspect of our stay very pleasant and enjoyable and will definitely come back in the future.
