Actually everything. This is a boutique hotel run by local family who gave us real familiar feeling and assisted with any inquiry or question. The hotel is well designed by architect who made the place nice to be in and very comfortable. Very nice breakfast! They also have a private free parking at the basement.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Kitzhof, and it didn’t disappoint. The location is spot-on—close to the city and the slopes, with a quick shuttle, always available when you need, to the cable cars. The staff are sharp and professional, and the rooms are well-designed, quiet, and comfortable. The spa is top-notch, and the breakfast is solid—plenty of quality options to fuel the day. The bar lounge has a great, laid-back vibe and is a perfect spot to wind down. The entire place is kept in excellent shape, which speaks to the hotel’s high standards. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
