Beautiful hotel and amazing warm staff! They provided transport to and from the train which was so helpful. Everyone was so nice and friendly. You have an assigned table for meals which is convenient especially as a solo traveler. Pool views are breathtaking and spa area is so enjoyable. I liked wearing the robe and slippers rather than having to dress for the pool. Gondola ride to amazing views and easy hike is included with Leogang card given during stay and covered my train ride onward to Salzburg. Would love to stay again one day!

The location is spot-on—close to the city and the slopes, with a quick shuttle, always available when you need, to the cable cars. The staff are sharp and professional, and the rooms are well-designed, quiet, and comfortable. The spa is top-notch, and the breakfast is solid—plenty of quality options to fuel the day. The bar lounge has a great, laid-back vibe and is a perfect spot to wind down. The entire place is kept in excellent shape, which speaks to the hotel’s high standards. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
