Breakfast was great and the wait staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful with all the modern conveniences. We were lucky to get a room with a view overlooking the river, and loved the fabulous fountain and light show. Appreciated the secure bike storage. Friendly check-in and cleaning staff.

Location!! A lovely 8-10 minute walk to/from the train station. Wonderfully situated on the lake promenade and also quick access to shops and restaurants. Nice spa and indoor pool. Great breakfast spread. Relaxing courtyard. Private water front lounge chairs. Very comfortable room. Woman at reception desk was very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Clean apartment with a very nice view over wolfgangsee lake. Necessities are available. Nice reception staff (Theresa). It happened that we broke a glass by mistake, and when I told her about it, she kindly told us to not worry, and she didnt even charge us for it which is good of her.

The hotel was beautiful, had several sauna options and the infinity pool was amazing. The snow room was very unique! The bar tenders, especially Louis, were top notch and would come back to that hotel for them specially. Golf course discounts were an added bonus.
