To start off, had the nicest staff. From check-in, to check-out. Whatever requests we had, they never said no, and they tried their best with and for everything to help us have a comfortable and smooth trip. I’ve never had this kind of experience in any hotel. The spa was the most relaxing and best experience, I had to go everyday. Rooms we clean and spacious. Location was centrally located to where it was close but also not too close to the center. Close enough to walk, far enough to be in a quiet area of the city. One of the most perfect hotels I’ve stayed in out of the 40 countries I visited. Thank you to the staff at the hotel!

Everything was perfect! Before mentioning the facilities and the amenities, I would like to mention the really polite and helpful host, Claudia. We arrived by mistake a day earlier, and she immediately helped us find a solution by providing us another apartment to stay in. I am really grateful to her for how she managed the situation. The facilities had everything one could want. Apart from the obvious (beds, bathroom, sofa, wifi), the apartment had free laundry machines, driers, gym, parking for the car, and even free bikes for all the family, to tour the city. The location is just a few minutes away from the old town on a bike, next to a beautiful park, just by the river, and very close to a supermarket. I highly recommend the place.

this hotel is quirky but so beautiful. The staff on reception went out of their way to help us when we wanted to stay another night and they were so busy. it’s in the most beautiful of streets and close to walk everywhere. wish we didn’t have to leave - it was the highlight of our trip!

We only stayed at the hotel for one night, but it was excellent and we would return there anytime. We arrived by car, and found a parking space in front of the hotel. We got an upgrade to the room, which was a very nice surprise. The room was excellent, big, clean, well equipped, the bathroom was very clean, the bed and pillows - excellent. Really, there wasn't anything we didn't like, we loved it. The staff is very helpful and friendly! We also got free bus tickets, and were able to use them to get to the town center in about 10 minutes. The location is great also. about 20 minutes walk to the center, 10 minutes by bus, maybe 7 by car. It is quiet, and even has a few restaurants near by, which are well rated on Google. Breakfast was of great quality, not extremely varied but everything was tasty and you can find something for everyone (even picky eaters :)). This hotel has been a great surprise for us, and we would return any day.
