Great and convenient location. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Our check in was a breeze and Ivana was very helpful with our check in and then with suggesting some different tours that we ended up doing in Cairns. Would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

Very well located - we could walk to the mall (down the street) to the boat cruise at the dock (a couple of blocks down), to the beachfront. Room, pool and facilities were great! And parking included.

First, the staff was amazing-.from Sena at check-in to iggy helping with activities to Ben at the desk to Josh entertaining us when we were awake at 4 am and begging for coffee to Megan helping us with our bill and travel advice to Matthew helping us with luggage. What a delightful crew!!! And accommodating to anything we needed or was missing. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and the location was ideal for walking the city!!

The professional, kind staff are absolutely amazing, including, Manager Ashem, Libby at Reception & the Gardner James. They genuinely care that you enjoy your vacation. This beautiful, clean property has well kepted grounds, a large pool & barbecue area on the beach. Excellent location, local conveniences & easy bus service in a 2 minute walk.

The apartment was huge, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the bed was comfy, the staff were lovely and the place is across the road from the beach. Cairns is 20 minutes away.

The 5-star Pullman Palm Cove Resort & Spa is on the beachfront of Palm Cove, a 25-minute drive from Cairns.

- The pool is amazing - The staff were really nice (1 or 2 didnt really have a personality) - I was able to check in by noon - The food was really good - I was happy being given a top floor room, even though the palm trees meant I had no view of anything at all
