From arrival to departure, it was an exceptional experience. All the staff are polite, gratious & helpful. A stand out mention must go to Gerard on Reception who immediately allayed my fears for the care of our "Rolls Royce"! Thank you. The beautiful Art Deco style, site history & comfort was perfect. The cleaners must spend hours everyday keeping the mirror finishes sparkling! The chef, Pawan Dutta, deservedly won the Victorian & National Chef of the Year - the food was presented like a work of art & the food was full of flavour and textures; brilliant! The kitchen staff did an amazing job whilst juggling weddings & inhouse dining without a glitch. It was the perfect venue for a special occassion, shared with our family. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Everything - it was like a full apartment with awesome views and facilities in a fantastic location. The staff was quite attentive and helpful. Having a good cafe next door which was open longer than usual was quite a good addition. The best part was the mattress which was firm enough.
