Čisto i uredno. Smještaj jeste blizu centra, ali je baš velika visinska razlika od BBI-ja (gdje je najbliža stanica javnog prijevoza) do samog objekta. Gazdarica je unaprijed ugrijala aprtman (radijator i klima) i ne žali struju pa je što se topline tiče bilo ugodno. Parking je u jednosmjernoj ulici ispred i uvijek je pun. Morali smo ostaviti auto malo dalje pa preparkirati čim se ukazalo slobodno mjesto. Da smo imali potrebu češće izlaziti s autom, bio bi problem. Prodavnica bingo i ljekarna su u neposrednoj blizini. Nas je bilo dvoje odraslih i četvero djece. U jednoj sobi je bračni krevet, u drugoj samac i u boravku trosjed na razvlačenje i dvosjed. Iako je apartman oglašen i za sedmero, barski stol je samo za 4 osobe (četiri barske stolice) i pribora za jelo nema dovoljno.
