Very friendly staff. Front desk team were excellent and really helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Tram to go to the city center is just around the corner. From the room you can see fantastic view of the city, including the magnificent city hall.

Breakfast was fantastic. There was plenty to choose from and all were very delicious! David the host was fantastic! He helped us with directions and places to see. He was always accommodating. Dinner at their restaurant was fantastic from Beef entrecote to sauteed livers were just incredible! Carlos and the waitress were just so fantastic as well! Always willing to help from understanding the menu to just having a wonderful conversation! Our room was fantastic. It was spacious our bedroom and bathroom! The views were perfect and the location even better! This hotel is 5 minutes down the road to the center of Bern. Highly recommended. This place has true charm! Location, staff, food, and this hotel was just incredible and beautiful.
