We arrived early but the lady at registration called the maid and told her to clean our room next and then she brought us coffee and a hazelnut cookie (delicious). Other members of the staff were SO FRIENDLY. They would engage in conversation like old friends. My friend had a lot of requests and they were very promote (bringing extra pillow)
