All of the staff were fantastic, I booked the modern room but i was not comfortable then i asked the hotel reception name of the man (Pierre) to change my room and he changed for me. (Vasco and Istvan) these men helps as with luggage. Ibrahim, Rabab, Saif were very helpful and kind in the restaurant. General Manager Karim Abid and reception man Antonios they were very gentleman with us and they help us with the check out and make it easy for us. I recommend this hotel for family and for couples.

The bed was so comfortable. Loved the location, bonus with access to a large car park. Loved the design of the hotel and the small touches like extra Nespresso pods so I can have more than 1 coffee in the morning. Bonus there was a cheese festival when we arrived.
