Number of nights - 1 Room type - Queen Room Pros: 1. Room - the room is clean however is very small. It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so lovely. We had a small issue with the self check-in, which a really kind staff member helped us sort out within minutes. They also offered to store our luggage since we arrived early and wanted to explore Lucerne before check-in time, which was super helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. We loved that the sink area was outside the shower/WC, it made it really easy for 2 people to get ready together in the morning. The beds were cozy, and the room had everything we needed, especially an electric kettle and mini fridge. The location is fantastic, it's about a 5–6 minute walk to the train station, 3 minute walk to Chapel Bridge, and located on a quiet street away from the tourist crowds, so we were able to get a great night’s sleep! We had a fantaastic stay here. A special thanks to the staff member who went out of his way to arrange a taxi for us at 7am to get to Zurich Airport - I forget his name, but he was a lovely man.
