The location was right by Chapel Bridge and very walkable to the main city area. It’s also directly by the street market, which happens on the first Wednesday of each month. The room and bathroom were both clean, and the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. We were able to securely store our luggage at the hotel for the day after we checked out in the morning, which we collected before catching the evening train.

The location was amazing vie to the lake in just 2 minutes to the central station, excellent room service and cleaning every day, beautiful breakfast, free wi-fi, code to provide free public transport and museum discounts in the city of Lucerne. Shops and restaurants in the immediate proximity. The boats for cruises were 2 minutes away. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was very good All fresh and mostly local food. Bread was warm and eggs were from a local framer. Service was very friendly and helpful. Request for extra pillows was meet with immediate and cheerful assistance. Extra sparkling and still water provided at no charge in room. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Parking was close, easy and free. It was an easy and free trip to downtown on the train or bus with tourist card provided from hotel. Took about 10-15 minutes.
