PanamaWe recently stayed at Cascada Boutique Hotel in Switzerland and had a wonderful experience. All the reception staff were kind and helpful, especially Alexandra and Rea, who assisted us throughout our stay and always made us feel welcome.
A very special mention goes to Amelia, the restaurant waitress. From the very first day, she showed incredible care and attention to our family’s needs. She remembered that my father is diabetic and always prepared fresh juice for him, and also paid attention to my mother’s dietary needs during breakfast. Her kindness and personal touch truly made a difference in our stay.
Thanks to the team’s professionalism and genuine hospitality, our visit to Cascada Boutique Hotel was unforgettable. We are very grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland.
