The ambiance is very Italian and the hotel with its restaurants are very beautiful. The staff is professional and nice. The hotel is smack in the center of Lugano. The rooms could be made more charming to match the restaurants, although they work well.

I stopped at this hotel on my way from England to Italy, it was close to the motorway, close to centre of the town and had a garage for my car. Angelica and her partner were really welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They gave me information about what to see and where I could eat and were just lovely. The room was comfortable, there were areas in the hotel for guests to sit if they wished to. Breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel in a great location, very picturesque opposite converted church tower. All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel had a bar and restaurant, which was really helpful after travelling all day.
