The staff were amazing and went out of their way to respond to questions and help us out. The rooms were really comfortable and had excellent bathrooms. They had emailed us before to find out the configuration of the rooms so it was great to find that our kids had a twin bedroom and not a double that often happens. You get a pass for the local transport with the hotel which was fantastic so we could travel around on the buses for free. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for us to choose from. The hotel has access via its own underground tunnel to the local swimming pool with a fantastic outside heated pool. It wasn't too busy when we were there and a real treat for us and our daughter. They even arranged a free shuttle bus to the station on our last day which was brilliant.

Amazing view from the hotel. It was very warm and a cosy stay. Just 50m walk from the train station which is a bonus. The breakfast is the main highlight. We arrived early in the morning at 11am although our check in was due at 15:00. Lorenzo was very helpful and he made sure the room was ready for us to check in at 11:00. Very exceptional and helpful staff. I would definitely come back here on my next visit.

It’s a wonderful location, a beautiful garden, very nice and newly renovated lobby/reception/bar and a fantastic Jugendstil dinner hall. The rooms have excellent amenities, staff are very friendly and forthcoming. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic. What is great is the supervised kids club with many activities for children.

The property location was excellent being directly next to the Celerina gondola. Breakfast was served in room which was a nice surprise; the amenities including sauna, salt room, garage and ski room were exceptional; and the service was extremely friendly. Will certainly book again the next time we’re in town.
