“The personal care and support of our guests is one of the most valuable things for us as hosts” We can testify, that they meant it when they put that statement above on their website. So, We were on mission to find a beautiful small mountain village in Switzerland that was not over crowded with tourists. After searching, we ended up in the beautiful mountain Saas fee. Happy to say, we made an excellent choice with Elite Alpine Lodge. First of all, the service was wonderful. From the day we arrived to the day we left, we experienced nothing but the best care from both Sybille and Pesche. We were picked up by Pesche and their sweet dog at the bus station in an electric taxi ( all that can be used in this town). As we arrived to their adorable boutique generationally owned yet recently updated hotel l, we were warmly welcomed by sweet Sybille. Her enthusiasm and love for her guests was felt right at our first encounter. By the end of our stay, we felt like we gained a family in this little town of Saas Fee. Thats how beautiful our experience was. Secondly, and just as important,the room was large and well appointed with beautiful mountain views and a very modern mountain sleek architecture. The welcome fruits and the welcome drinks upon arrival were such nice gestures. Last but not least, The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The eggs were made to order. We enjoyed the beautiful m mountain view and our conversation with Sybille every morning. We recommend this mountain hideaway spot to anyone seeking a winter wonderland getaway. The room was a lovely size with a good balcony. The breakfast was outstanding, great choice of both hot and cold food.we also ate a5 the hotel in the evening and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at, hands down. The service from the staff is truly exceptional, the location is stunning with the view of Matterhorn and in the quiet serenity of the alps. The hotel itself has a very warm, cozy, classy feel, kitted out with a gym and spa my husband used daily, a tub in our room, a lovely cozy bar with hot chocolate by the fire, amazing breakfast included and quality room service daily. Big shout out to the pregnant owner, the main guy at the front and Laura on booking.com who went out of their way to provide me with next level care and service. I found out I was pregnant just shortly before the trip so had to adapt a lot of our plans as I wouldn’t be skiing anymore and they helped so much with restaurant recommendations, where to get certain things I needed, calling transportation and checking bus times, tailoring my food and much more. Would 100% stay here again!

Unique Hotel Post is located in the center of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Some of the rooms boast views of the Matterhorn.
