This hotel is in a private area and was absolutely charming! The staff was incredible and eager to get you whatever you needed! They also made excellent recommendations for restaurants. Have rarely seen such attention to detail in a hotel. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Room was very nice and convenient. Central Zermatt and only 5min walk to the train station. Staff at front desk and restaurant were both very friendly and helpful! Balcony view was great (not on the Matterhorn side) and the facilities were amazing. Everything very modern and clean and I really like the wood look throughout the hotel. Very good breakfast, our bathroom had a skylight and the bed was very comfortable. All around a great stay.
