We had a great stay at this hotel! Anna and Jeanne were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience truly enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. The location is perfect—right in the city center and just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Hotel Tralala met our expectations just as advertised. It looks exactly like the photos and offers great value for money. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to get around and enjoy the surroundings. I would especially like to highlight João, a member of the hotel staff, for his outstanding service. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his last name, but he was the one in charge of the front desk on the day of our check-in. He welcomed us warmly, was always polite and helpful, and truly made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. His attention to detail and kindness stood out. I definitely recommend Hotel Tralala, and I’d like to give a special thanks to João for making our experience even better!

The hotel’s location, view and friendly staff was exceptionally satisfying. Although we checked in late due to flight detail, a cold platter was ready on our arrival. The view from our room and the staff’s help for information were also perfect.
