The service was really friendly! I forgot my umbrella, but it rained so heavily that I asked the front desk whether I could maybe borrow one and that was no problem at all. Leaving my luggage after checkout was also no problem, it even got locked in an extra room with my room number. Also the breakfast was really nice with amazing service!

I stayed at this hotel in Zurich for two nights, and it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, right by the Limmat River. Honestly, before booking I didn’t have very high expectations. But after checking in, I realized how lucky I was — I got such a wonderful room at such a reasonable price! The staff were extremely friendly, the coffee in the room was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the nights were perfectly quiet, so I slept really well. The room had no flaws at all. I truly admire the person who designed it — everything was so well thought out and complete. I stayed alone, but if two people were to stay, it might feel a little bit tight. Still, I highly recommend this hotel! Next time I come to Zurich, I’ll definitely stay here again!
