Very helpful staff. Very clean. Nice view from view room. Liked the indoor balcony with a great view, lots of light, coffee, tea, microwave for heating leftovers with some minimal utensils. Like the reserved parking as we were there on a weekend and locals pack the street to go the beach across the road. Would have had to park several blocks away if we had not reserved a parking space.

if your goal is to stroll around the town of Puerto Varas, this may not be the hotel for you. But if you want to be a peaceful, gorgeous, out of the way place with beautiful views, great food and excellent service, I highly recommend. Warning: the hotel is not easy to find, so use Google maps or ask your taxi or Uber to do so. we have stayed here twice now and we will do so again.

Overall, I liked everything, the breakfast was really good, very tasty smoked fish for breakfast👌capsule coffee machine in the room, refrigerator, tea bag’s, large bed, good blanket, 4 pillows of different hardness. And the service is also good, they accepted my 2 deliveries from the store when I was not yet at the hotel. thank you! I didn't have time to use the spa and pool. Next time!

The hotel itself is an artistic jewel and a place of beauty. A true art museum. The walls are covered in art work. I love art and I literally spent an hour "touring" the hotel to admire it all. This is a historic building, it's construction and story tied in with the towns early history are documented in fotographs. For those who care less about high-brow art there are lovely antiques scattered around the place. And if this wasn't enough, half the rooms look out towards the lake and volcano Osorno. Osorno is the most beautiful volcano in the world, even more beautiful than Fuji. To see it at sunset as you walk up the majestic wood paneled staircase to your room is something to remember. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, high on a hill, but right across the street is a very nice little restaurant with friendly staff and great menu!

it was an outstanding location a beautiful walk to the center of the city. It had the feel of an old-time ski lodge at Lake Tahoe or squaw Valley. The staff was exceptionally nice, the breakfast was delicious and all food there was fantastic.

Very attractive and cozy place. It's new, impeccable clean and very helpful and attentive staff. We loved this hotel!
