We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

It’s a very welcoming, silent and calm place to be. When you arrive from the street you can find peace and a warm environment. The staff was amazing, helped us anytime we needed assistance and they were always there to talk and have a laugh as well. The night coffee it’s definitely something to exalt about these hotel, we enjoyed every single night and we already miss it :)

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful even though we cant speak Spanish. The location is great, near a lot of restaurants in Providencia and very safe. Walking distance to the cable car up San Cristobal Hill. Metro is very close, even though we didn't take it. Breakfast was very good, egg, sliced meats and cheese, tomato, bread, butter, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea. Food is replenished during breakfast time. The B&B is in an older house with not a lot of rooms but well kept up. We had a deluxe double and the room was very large and comfortable. It was quiet during the night. We highly recommend staying here while in Santiago.
