One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Chile! The location is unbeatable, the building and rooms are wonderful, the breakfast is amazing and they were able to cater to my gluten-free diet. Spa could probably use a renovation in the near future but it‘s nice to have one in the first place.

Me and my partner spent 4 quality days in Ultramar hotel. We really enjoyed the ocean view from our bedroom, tasty fresh breakfast in the beautifully decorated common space as well as evening drinks on the hotel terrace. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Also we found the location perfect - quiet while just 10 min walk from the main areas.

Loved the vibe and the location. It's right by some of the most beautifully painted alleyways in Valparaiso. The beds are super comfy and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast is good but the only weird thing is that you have to go downstairs for breakfast and then back upstairs to cook your own eggs. Not enough of a problem to mark it down though. Loved it.
