We loved everything! Absolutely awesome room, large, exceptionally clean, quiet, very well decorated, modern and full of luxury elements (including the bathroom toiletries, which were top quality products). The beds were very comfortable and the lighting was perfect. We also had a fridge (mini-bar) and good air conditioning. Absolutely marvelous! We stayed in the family apartment, on the ground floor (aka the David Bowie room). The apartment had two separate rooms and one bathroom. Everything was perfect!!! Oh, and the garden, outside, was lovely too! Ok, let's say the breakfast could have been better (just to keep up with the rest of the experience, which was top notch). I don't mean to say it wasn't good, because it really was. The food was tasty, but not so varied. The buffet was rather small, not offering many choices. But the overall experience though was excellent!!! The location was also perfect! Conclusion: 100% recommended!!!

The very very sweet staff, the best location at the entrance of the old city, the quality of the food and its good taste and the very nice and wooden room and the good and modern bathroom. A very romantic vacation especially due to the nice staff and welcoming reception. Also the lady at the breakfast was very responsible and gave us gluten free bread every morning. The best hotel in Česky Krumlov due to its atmosphere.

From the moment we entered the pension we saw a big smile. It was a bit busy the evening we arrived, because of a birthday that was celebrated in the restaurant, but we still received full attention. Our room was large and clean. At breakfast there is a menu and you can choose the dish you want. It was tasty. Nice garden with a lake. There are parking places . We also received a present, which was a nice surprise.

Housed in a carefully restored period building, Pension Athanor is located in Cesky Krumlov, only 984 feet from the historic city center.

As soon as from the booking process comunication was prompt and clear. Entering the lovely maintained yard and lobby filled with natural scences was amazing. The room was small, but for one person one night only,more than enough.. I was stunned with details like curtains, bed, pillows ...definitelly someone with really good sense of aesthetics was in charge.. The bed was comfy bathroom was just right. If I come again to Češky Krumlov I will not look anywhere else. The cup on the cake was morning breakfast. Whatever ypu think of, it is there on the table with most polite and welcoming person
