This is a nice option outside of the town center. The walk into historic old town is relatively easy. We shared a kitchen area which was set up very favorably and consequently we didn't mind not having an included breakfast. A large grocery store is a very convenient walk and we were able to secure what we needed to set up a suitable breakfast on our own. There is an outdoor area which is a lovely spot for a glass of wine and/or a meal. Our room and all the furnishings were very tasteful.

The Theresia Hotel is located in the historical town of Kolín, which lies on the banks of the Labe River 37 mi east of Prague. It offers a restaurant, a bar, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.

Easy to get to and fortunately has parking! The receptionist was so kind. It was a warm and inviting hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

In the center of Poděbrady spa town, the Art Nouveau style Vila Walter & Son offers free WiFi, breakfast in the morning in the Cafe Rituál and bicycle rental on site.

Our room was upgraded for free! Really, we booked a double room, but upon arrival were put in what was like two bedroom apartment (just without a kitchen), with a high bathtub and so on.
