The location of the hotel in the city center was great, the reception staff were very kind and welcoming and quick to respond to any request, breakfast was good , The breakfast was good and the staff there were very friendly and tried to serve us exceptionally, especially a waiter named (Akeel) I hope I wrote his name correctly.

I had never stayed in this part of Pilsen before, but I would do so again. The price for a stay with breakfast was unbeatable and the room I had was big enough for me, it was quiet (I slept really well) and the people working there that I met at breakfast this morning was very friendly and didn't laugh too much at my attempts to speak Czech.

The hotel's breakfast was wonderful, complete with a variety of meats, cheeses, vegetables, eggs, breads, spreads and beverages. Breakfast was in the cellar, which connoted a European flair not met by other hotels. There were separate eating rooms with old brick and beautiful arches. When asked for a dinner restaurant recommendation, the staff guided us to Stipec, which far surpassed our expectations.

I have nothing bad to say about Rous. Great staff, Breakfast very good, location couldn´t be better. Interent worked well. It is a small hotel, very well managed, with very nice people.
