SPECTACULAR hotel in every way! Sparkling water available at registration, beautiful lounge/ restaurant area as soon as you walk in, gorgeous flower arrangements, comfortable, interesting seating and decorations. A popular outdoor area along the Rhine River. Modern , clean room and bathroom with robes and comfortable bed and bedding. Great breakfast ! Great small bites for dinner and a good wine selection . I’m a hiker.. there was a path along the Rhine River right from the hotel to the Wald Park.. a huge forested park! The staff was so welcoming and always answered my request with a “ yes”! This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in years. And I travel a lot. Hated to leave!

I stayed only one night with 2 kids, the room was spacious they also allow dogs. The receptionists are very friendly, especially the ladies. They are dog lovers and all was very good. We'll come back.

This was a great weekend off-season value. It is a more modern hotel. Extremely comfortable and well-appointed. No real restaurant for dinner. Great bar. Exceptional staff and service.

I was pleasantly surprise how wonderful this hotel was. A true gem hidden away from the hassle and bustle, yet only 5 minutes walking distance to the Old City Center. The room was comfortable so were the beds. The breakfast was served in a light, elegant room and super yummy. The freshly brewed coffee and freshly pressed juice gave it this special touch. I will always come back to this accommodation when I come to Heidelberg. Thank you.
