I had a long day of traveling and arrived at the hotel almost at midnight, check in was easy and fast, everyone was very friendly and the next day the airport shuttle was on time. Excellent service.

Beautiful historic mansion in a fantastic location right on the river and in the pedestrian artist area. Walk one way to Santa Ana port and the other to the malecon and Las Penas. We loved it. Very helpful staff. There are stairs, because it is 100 years old and historic so ignore the moans about lack of lift!!
