Love the design of this hotel. Staff is wonderful and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Room is well-stocked with things we need and even those we didn’t anticipate needing. Just goes to show how thought out the rooms are and the entire hotel is. Prime location too. Close to shops, food and attractions without being loud or noisy.

My stay in Seville was an incredible experience, and I truly felt valued throughout my time there. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, addressing all my requests with warmth and attentiveness. The serene atmosphere provided a perfect escape, while still placing me right in the vibrant heart of the historic quarter. I was captivated by the charm of the 16th-century building, beautifully renovated by architect Adolfo Pérez. The lovely courtyards, lush plants, prime location, and my cozy room all contributed to a memorable stay. I genuinely look forward to returning whenever I find myself in Seville again.

The rooftop bar overlooking Seville was amazing and the location in the old town, near the market and with a bus stop on the door step made it really easy to get to whereever you'd like. There was also a lovely walk along the river right beneath.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and huge! We were right by the rooftop terrace which gave great views over the city and of the Giralda. Cocktails were very fairly priced too. I was blown away by the hotels location & facilities. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This is the second time we've visited the Alcázar because we love it. The staff is great and most helpful from Miriam at the reception and Asun the cleaner. The room is cleaned daily and the fridge is stocked daily with drinks. Great place
