This is a magical hotel, with tasteful appointments and thoughtful staff. Every detail was treated with care. The rooftop terrace for a wine rest was unexpected. I look forward to another visit! Our family of two adults and two teenagers enjoyed the morning breakfast with excellent coffee and homemade breads. Each member of the staff helped us with taxis, restaurant reservations, and touring suggestions.

A charming hotel located in the heart of Biarritz. The team at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through some frustrating moments when we struggled to find the entrance. Due to roadwork that wasn't reflected on Google Maps, many routes were rerouted, but the staff's assistance made all the difference.

Everything...room clean , bed comfortable, very dog friendly. Excellent restaurant...dinner was superb and the breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone. Parking , electric car chargers....Could not fault this hotel and will definitely use it again on our journey to and from Spain. Value for money.
